GROHE opens its doors to the Milan Design Week 2018 for the inauguration of the new GROHE Italia showroom, a prestigious space completely renovated and destined to become the company’s reference point in the world. Signed by the GROHE design team in collaboration with the Italian architecture firm luoghiCOMUNI, the project creates the perfect setting framing the elegance, innovation and design of a brand that has always been committed to developing solutions that combine aesthetics, quality and sustainability in full respect of the “Pure Freude an Wasser” (living water as pure joy).
“We are happy and proud to inaugurate the new GROHE flagship showroom in Milan during the most important design week in the world” declared Michael Seum, Vice President Design of GROHE, who added: “Designed in the name of the most refined design, technology and a modern cult of wellness through water, this new exhibition space offers an innovative 360° view of the GROHE universe to the visitors with the aim of becoming a GROHE landmark in the world, as well as a real own contract hub for meetings, exchanges and between architects, designers, installers and bathroom professionals”.
Enrico Turella, founder and creative director of luoghiCOMUNI, sais: “The new showroom is a space full of suggestions that offers a vibrant journey like the material from which it draws inspiration, the water! A meeting place between different material sensations that intersect each other in a refined game of chromatic matches. We have translated the new forms and trendy colors of GROHE by wrapping them with three-dimensional plaster, with the natural spirit of wood and the magnificence of marble”.
The new location, that lies in the heart of Milan in Via Crocefisso 19 and extending on two levels, hosts different settings, where you can admire and touch the classic ever green and the exclusive GROHE collections for bathrooms and kitchens. On the ground floor there are various bathroom concepts enriched with the most prestigious and sophisticated GROHE solutions: from the renewed collection of ATRIO bathroom taps, protagonist of the Milan Design Week 2018, to the exclusive AquaSymphony shower, a real space dedicated to wellness, from the innovative Sensia Arena shower toilet to the Essence and Lineare faucet collections in the original trendy colors. On the first floor is the kitchen collections, which include the new collection of colored Essence Professional, the GROHE Blue Home and GROHE Red filtration and water treatment systems and the innovative Sense and Sense Guard smart home solutions against water losses and the whole range of perfectly functioning shower systems.
